GROUP THERAPY

Numerous studies suggest that humans are wired for connection. This makes group therapy such a powerful experience for many. You get to connect with and learn from individuals with both similar and differing life experiences from you - decreasing feelings of isolation and hopelessness. I am passionate about creating opportunities for clients to connect in this way.

Healing from Parental Immaturity, Neglect, or Abuse

    • A psychoeducational group based on the book Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents: How to Heal from Distant, Rejecting, or Self-Involved Parents. 

    • ​A safe space to process feelings of guilt and hopelessness related to relationship with parents

    • Learn tools to navigate relationship with parents

    • First-gen South Asian Muslim women ​

​

  • When? 

    • 8 weeks​

    • Wednesdays at 6-7:30 PM

    • Starting January 11, 2023

    • Ending March 1, 2023

  • Cost? 

    • $55 per session ($440 total)

    • $400 if paid in full at first session
